Inna Goudz

Coming from a traditional field of research as an art historian Inna has changed sides to proceed with her career in cultural advocacy. In 2017, she took over the creative leadership for the largest festival of Jewish culture in Germany – Jüdische Kulturtage Rhein-Ruhr. For the first time Jewish culture was defined by modernity, hope and participation.

Inna’s definition of ‘digital’ was not solely about tech, but rather a new approach to rethink a well-established narrative. A new digital experience for visitors as well as the over 140 organizations involved was part of the structural change. Within her team Inna caused less conflicts in real life than with the auto-save function in her Dropbox.
